How does AI policy analysis work? +

You upload the policy PDF to the system. AssurAI's AI, based on Claude by Anthropic, automatically extracts clauses, limits, exclusions and expiry dates. You can then query it in natural language and receive a precise answer with a reference to the document page.

Is my clients' data safe? +

Absolutely. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest on European servers (AWS eu-south-1, Milan). AssurAI does not use your clients' data to train AI models. You can export or delete all data at any time.

What types of policies does AssurAI support? +

AssurAI supports any PDF policy: Motor Liability, Home & Contents, Life, Health, Accidents, Legal Protection, Business and Corporate policies.

Can I send messages to clients directly from the platform? +

Yes, from the Pro plan upward you can send personalised WhatsApp and Email messages directly from AssurAI. The AI generates the message draft based on the client's policy, and you approve it with one click.

Can I have multiple agents in the same agency? +

Yes. Starter includes 1 agent, Pro up to 5 agents, Studio unlimited agents with multi-agency management.

What happens if I cancel my subscription? +

You can cancel at any time from Settings with no penalty. Access remains active until the end of the already paid period. You can export all your data in JSON or CSV format.

Is a free trial available? +

Yes, we offer free trial periods on all plans, without entering payment details.
